I know the fear of going with a home builders Austin. You start to look for those flaws they might have and it runs through your head all the time. You want to puke it gets that bad and I have been there going through such emotions.
It is a real whirlwind experience because the investment is so high. If it was a little thing, I probably wouldn't even care because what is the point of worrying? I would just move on with things and look at other parts of my life instead.
However, when I had to be put in this spot, I thought about what would happen if I lost out on all of my money because the wrong decisions were made in this phase? What would I do then? It was mind-boggling, to be honest.
The home builder was tremendous, though. They were so kind and generous with how they treated me and how they explained everything. I think I learned so much just from speaking with them when they sat down for the meeting.
They told me this was normal and that I was doing a great job with this phase.
